Surprisingly Works
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Depending on where you live you might get mixed results with reception but the thing does work. I'm able to tune in to roughly 10 channels, some are perfectly clear most of the time while others are auto programmed in by the TV but the signal is to weak to display an image. Sometimes you just get the sound without a picture as well. For the reasonable price it's worth it so long as you don't need all those extra higher stations like ESPN, Food Network or Comedy Central for example. Some highly populated areas might receive those networks this way but not around here.
You may end up needing additional coaxial cable if you want to hide the wire or extend the antennas placement locations. Also if you do buy one be sure to "dry" place the antenna in a few spots in your home to find the best location then use the glued on stickers to fix it against a window for best results, outside if possible.

Compared to the FX 4100 it's amazing
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich Bought this to help my older build catch up without redoing the entire system. Works very well and now I meet the minimum system requirements for many of today's PC titles. The PC game Assassins Creed Syndicate use to have trouble on the carriage scenes causing the game to freeze and stutter but after updating to this processor that issue completely stopped.
The only down side I've found so far is that the 6300 didn't overclock as well as the 4100 could. Reduced core speed from 4.0ghz to 3.8ghz and system stabilized. The 4100 could reach a top core speed of 4.2ghz without crashing. The 6300 would just cut the system off randomly when overclocked to 4.0ghz.
Other than that I hope to get years of use out of this processor. Highly recommended..

Save money and fix it yourself
As it is a used replacement part I have to say it works well. This part kept me from having to go and buy a television so it was worth the price and saved me money I didn't have to spend anyway. Buyers will most likely understand that they have to remove the old board first which requires the ability to disassemble the television. Some folks aren't comfortable opening electronic devices but for this particular situation the replacement process is easy enough that anyone with a Phillips head screw driver can change it out. Good call on that by the manufacture.
The board inside is somewhat modular and requires the removal of 4 screws and two connector clips. There are guide pins there to ensure you don't insert the new board incorrectly. The only tool you need is a screwdriver. So if you have a Samsung TV it may be more cost effective to replace the board(s) inside of it. Thankfully I only needed the power board to fix my problem.
