Excellent book

Easy read. Not overly technical, well it is, but in a way that one actually understands and retains the information. Highly recommend.

Excellent

This workout is NO joke. I got pneumonia after two weeks of doing it and have not started back up but it was kicking my butt. Really great workout with no impact. It was a bit difficult for me to do the ballet squats as I have bad knees.

Just not what I was expecting.

I did not expect this soft foam type of material. This will not do well under friction so it will not work for what I bought it for. I thought it was more of a sand paper or rubber type texture. It was to stop my (horse) saddle pad from slipping. I almost tore a piece off just trying to get it of the backing paper. These were an epic fail for my purposes.
