Can't get the "memory" function to work....

Can't get the "memory" function to work. I didn't know the NOAA station would come on to give non-emergency weather reports when the radio is off. Irritating! (Only happened once so far).

Good product, but would be nice if it had a indicator light that blinked while charging and remained steady when charging was complete.
