works great and it is somewhat light weight which makes it easy to use. battery last thru the whole job. I always start with a full battery so I know I will have enough power without having to recharge

Great home gym, any body can use it and profit from it
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich love, I have been using it for the past week, and I can feel the difference. it does what it says, I like that you can make it easier or harder to work depending on the slant of the board. it is very easy to change the slant and to add or remove any of the accessories, with the home gym you can work all part of your body or concentrate on only specific parts. it is easy to use and you do not have to spend hours working out to see any results
