Interesting!
As an American Cornishman, I enjoy books that give me more information on Cornwall. I haven't read the book yet, but can see from what I've gleaned so far that this will be an interesting read.

Perfect for making grain recipes
I'd been searching for the original Vitamix Model for years since mine had died. Wanted the original model because it was what I was used to us to mill grain into flour. Also preferred the original model because it has a stainless container rather than the plastic of the newer models. I needed a cookbook to help with recipes for my grain. Haven't used any recipes yet, but will soon.

Good book for yarn dyeing
Haven't used the information in the book yet. Only beginning to consider dyeing my own yarn. Have only glanced through it, but the pictures and info looks like it will be useful.
