  Laptop crashed at least 10 times in 2 hours. Completely unusable. Tried to return but seller refused to take back their junk laptop. Should have known it was bad when it sold for $500 to $1500 under the going price. Too good to be true, then it is probably not true. See the attached photo. I saw the BSOD screen multiple, multiple, multiple times in 2 hours. DON'T TRUST THIS SELLER. WHY THEY ARE ALLOWED TO SELL JUNK AND RIP OF GOOD PEOPLE IS BEYOND ME!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

  Seller contacted me to get her junk laptop back. Plus, she got paid by me. Wow, cake and eat it too!! AVOID!!! eBay refunded my $$$ and I bought a brand new laptop from Costco. Cost a lot more, but at least it works.
