  communication was poor at times, first reason was apparently hospital which icould understand but then i waited four days again for anotehr response to %refund and instead of sending a short myself i EVENTUALLY got a response telling me tp go a head and post a negative review if i must....Packing the item was NOT done by seller and as a result came damage on a VERY limited warhammer box... leaving it neutral but DEFINATELY could of been handled better by the seller...
