complete and compatible, descent quality
I used this kit to install a pioneer mvh-av280bt in my 05 RSX type s. The qualitity of the plastic is descent its not fragile or flexible, it makes for a pretty tight fit in the dashboard. The manual is pretty vague, I used the following steps to install it.
1: remove metal shroud from aftermarket radio.
2: screw plastic frontplate to original radio bracket.
3: remove plastic bezel from aftermarket radio
4: install plastic bezel in the plastic front
5: place the aftermarket radio and screw it in place (for me only 2 would fit)
6: find new screws that are the same size as the original hazard light screws (which dont fit without thread) and screwn them in the 2 holes for the hazard light switch.
7: put in the hazard light switch and screw it in place using the original screws
8: install it in the car the same way you would with the original radio.
