Beautiffuly engineered at a giveaway price
Obviously there is no way to know how long the dampers will last, but these appear to be incredibly well made. Bear in mind, they are about 25% of the price of similar items, so I bought them with the hope of adapting them for my classic car. One example of how well designed these are - instead of the usual tiny hex socket in the top of the damper to stop it turning while the nut is tightened, these have 10mm flats so a spanner can be used. That means in a few years when the threads have rusted there is a far better chance of getting the unit apart. Overall I am enormously impressed

Alternative motor sport classic
Anyone who likes motor sport is likely to enjoy this. It is well produced, informative and has some good racing footage. Plus there are some likeable characters and a few controversial ....people.

OK for the price
This product is good value, with a couple of major drawbacks.
On the negative side - it needs a lot of space, its a bulky item and you will probably want to use it in lots of situations where there just isnt room. Secondly, it is so fierce that it jumps out of the socket at times, and when undoing it can spin the nut or bolt free and throw them across the floor, where you have to search for them.
On the positive side, it is very powerful and if price is a major factor then its good value.
One for occasional use by DIY mechanics I would say - if you need something like this regularly its probably worth spending a lot more for a more professional version, probably battery powered.
