Good item
This item is adaptable, and very suitable for its intended use.

Stopped working
This item only worked for a short while before becoming unstable.
Even when there is nothing on the scales the display drifts over a wide range.
Against two other electronic scales, which agree on weight, these scales do not give the correct weight - I used 250 grams of butter as a standard - they gave a reading of 230 grams.
I may just have been unlucky, but quality control should have picked out these scales as unreliable.
