top bang for the buck
great product, perfect for the home mechanic. had an air mass sensor code on my 2002 c 200. kinda figured it out with out without the tool and replaced the part but needed to reset the mil and wanted an easier time figuring out problems so I went with this one so that if I have problems with the abs or srs in the future I could save the shop bill for someone to tell me what's wrong. like I said, replaced the air mass sensor, car ran perfect but check engine light still on until the code is reset. this unit did not give me a code that I had to look up, I plunged it in, checked the codes, it actually read low voltage air mass sensor. perfect. reset done. will come in very handy in the future with me always owning older cars to save me time analyzing the systems to narrow it down to a few possibilities, just plug it in and see what's wrong. awesome that it has the live run possibility for those pesky only happens when these conditions exist but not sending code. If your not confident working on abs or srs system then I would say get the model under this one but it's a great buy at the cost it pays for it's self in one missed shop bill. the language on mine came in English but it's an easy on line change if you need it in another. the list of compatible cars is also very impressive.
