  I can only say wonderful things about this seller. My teacups and saucers arrived in a couple of days. They were in perfect condition. The pictures they had of them were exact. They were packed so well I am sure they could have survived a war. There was a lovely note to me personally to thank me for the purchase and some really nice calligraphy on the envelope. I will check to see if they have anything else I might want. A good value and very nice people. Thank you to them.

  Exactly as described. Very talented and adorable charm design! Came well packaged with paper and thread products--no plastic packaging waste, which is commendable in today's world. Also came with handwritten note on how to customize the charm, if I want to.
