Listing claimed they were tested — saying contacts may need cleaning doesn’t mean they shouldn’t work. All required deep cleaning to function. Very disappointed in that! Also, please use standard packing materials — I now have to deal with a large potato sack that was used as filler.

What I needed for my Designjet 500 and 800
Print heads work as they should and were delivered relatively quickly. One print head had a minor leak in the package but after it was wiped up it worked perfectly.
