Needs adjusting
The Italian design and construction is off. The stand is too long and stands the bike too straight. If you're handy and good with a Dremel, you can adjust it. Otherwise if not, spend a few dollars more and get a NCY or one that bolts onto the CVT cover

Not a K&N
Filter actually restricted my air flow. I installed another filter of a name brand (not a k&n btw), and the scooter responded as it should have. Plus I had to reglue the filter back on after I took out of the box. That should've been my first sign
