  Paid for item on Wednesday, and asked for a refund the next day on Thursday, seller agreed to the refund and I thought everything was good. Friday arrives and still no refund. I Asked the seller to please just issue the refund now, seller said "what about next week?" I said "um, can you do it now? Takes 2 seconds?" but then the seller claims they can't afford the refund, even though my funds are sitting in "processings" on ebay. You don't need money in your bank to issue refund.
