  Item is nice as described and was a great value for such luxury brand. However, it took 8 days from payment to actually package and ship. Email sent. No response to advise the reason for the delay. Paid $18.99 for shipping and it was sent USPS Ground.

  The item was headlined as long sleeve but the full description was short sleeve. A tracking number was provided but no progress showed after 8 days. I had not received the item and asked for a full refund. This was not a good transactional experience but I am happy my full refund was processed promptly. Overall happy with the outcome - no shirt but I did get my money back.

  Deceptive advertising. E Bay Title listed size as 2XL. Size photo in jacket collar was obscured. Descriptions says 3XL. Should have read more closely (I missed it). Will not purchased from this seller again. Ordered on 9/4. Received on 9/18.
