Good for the money
After having it a week, my observations are that the volume of the cymbals is too low as is the volume for the bass drum. I like the mesh head a lot. I have had rubber pads before and these are much better. I'm not too thrilled with the responsiveness of the high hat.
Overall, you get what you pay for. If you buy a $400 set of real drums, you won't expect them to be as good as $300 drums. The same is true for electronic drums.
Overall they are fine for playing at home with headphones with music. I would not play on them in a live setting with a band. I don't think you would get nearly the sound you would need, though I have not tried these with an amp.
