A bit loud but I love it and would buy it again.
I love the vacuum. It is a bit loud, and when using the wand it is a quite a bit clumsy. The suction is excellent and all the supplied tools are great. I would buy it again at the refurbished price. It looks and preforms as well as I would expect a new one would. My biggest complaint is the way it designed to stand up and move around on the smaller rear wheels. They keep unlocking and the unit falls into the vacuum position.
