Thrilled!
I didn't expect a brand new, never-been-opened product. Sealed and smelled like a factory. Works better than the ditto I bought from guitar center for triple the price. Power cable came with American and European (I think) options. Simple to use machine. Two buttons make for less confusing work. AND I only waited maybe four days for the item to arrive at my door.
Ecstatic with this entire situation.
