  These were stuck in a post office an hour away from me for over a week and the seller refunded me the total cost which was good of them. After several more days the item did in fact arrive and now I feel bad

  When my first plants arrived, I had a total of 12 sprouts to plant. Several had some damage that I had concerns about and looked to be on the brink of death. I reached out to share my concerns and was immediately sent replacements. Several already have new growth. Kind and punctual, and the communication and service were great!
