  As described. Seller sent me an offer but offer wasn’t applied at check out. I contacted seller and they said they don’t remember offer. I sent a screenshot of offer they said it was expired. Of course it was because it was days later. I asked them to refund the difference and was told they didn’t know how and it was only $4.00. If they scam 100 customers it adds up !! Buyer be careful!!

  If you purchased them at an Offer Price but that price was not applied, your problem is with eBay, not with me. I don’t control how much you have to pay and if you paid a higher amount than the Offer, that should have been evident at the time. I don’t scam people but the back and forth with you over $4 was insufferable. Thanks. 😉
