This was the correct part and age relate...

This was the correct part and age related to my vehicle. It was fairly clean and well packaged on arrival. It had been run up before arriving with me and I was able to run it up on the power supply before final fit which was good. It can be a tricky unit to access and change, especially with the 12v socket and plastic cover to relocate. The bearing did squeal a bit on start up but soon settled down and has run fine since being installed. It think it was a bit expensive given the age of the unit but cheaper than newer units that may not be made by Mercedes. Also, it did come with the electric regulator which is also a positive. The item as stated was well packaged and it was despatched promptly by the supplier arriving in good time.
