will buy again
The dells came packaged well protected, all worked fine. Picture is excellent with no dead pixels. The adjustable height and swivel adds convenience for all users. I always thought that dell sold a good monitor, and they seem to last forever.

Good value purchase
The printer was missing the exit paper arm, but not really a big issue as it was an easy and inexpensive purchase on ebay. I ran a few cleaner sheets thru the printer, put in a new toner cartridge, and it prints pretty darn good.
