  Bozebiz had the Bose AV25 shipped and delivered to us sooner that stated. The only issue I had was that the Description stated that the Bose came with a remote. Unfortunately, We did not receive a remote with the Bose System. Otherwise we have nothing but good things to say about Bozebiz.

  A1 Seller! I purchased 2 Bose Remote controls, one of the remotes would not power on. I contacted the seller, and he responded back to me very quickly asking me to do a little troubleshooting. We still weren't able to get the remote to work so when I contacted the seller, he promptly refunded me for the bad remote. When selling an old used electronic item it`s hard be certain just how good it is, so in the end it`s about how you take care of the customer that really matters.
