I know that some sellers have things packed for shipping in advance, and those boxes can sit for a while. I suggest to the seller that they use silica packs for things like purses, shoes etc. And to re-evaluate where they are storing those boxes. Fortunately I am good at cleaning things like this, or this would be a complaint. I will say that other than that, the bag was is great shape, I love it.
