Good SMP motherboard for retro-computing
If you're into retro-computing, and dual-processors, this is a board worth investing in. Windows 2000 SP4 runs smooth like butter, and handles older, graphically intensive games like Unreal and Max Payne with ease. My only complaint is the thermal fan header. If you're planning on using a 3-pin chassis fan and want it to run while the system is powered on, you will have to set the over-heat alarm to a low temperature (25C is the minimum) in the BIOS, else the fan(s) will only activate once the specified temperature threshold is met. Make sure you deactivate the overheat buzzer first by removing the jumper on the board!
