Glad I made the investment
I started BJJ about 2 months ago. My Professor kept telling us to get mouth guards, but I hesitated because I have weird teeth and didn't see the point... Till I nearly bit my lip off. I got this last night and used it and I am SO GLAD I had it. Much less pain while rolling, and it actually fits my weird mouth. I'm thinking of ordering a backup!!!

Making Healthier Eating Easier
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I work 40+ hours a week and I am in the gym 5 days a week minimum. I don't like to go out to eat, but cooking on a time crunch is not easy. I like to eat healthy, but it gets crazy when you're too tired/busy to cook. I also hate meal prepping because I might decide I didn't want chicken after all. I pick 4 or 5 recipes, shop accordingly, and assemble all the items I need for whatever recipe I pick out by lunch. Then, it's normally 20 minutes from when I get home, and I have a LOVELY dinner. Quick, simple, hearty, tasty... And Jamie breaks it all down, even down to what you should have in your kitchen.

Martial Artists, this is for you!!
It's summer in Texas and the Jiu-jitsu school gets HOT. I hate the wires that break and bend, and most sports bras in my size are heavy. This one supports without pinching, binding, shifting, or making me MORE hot and sweaty. I need 37 of these.
