Iron palm bag
It’s a high quality iron palm bag, everyone can use it you won’t hurt yourself and don’t need to be professional to handle it, I have done iron palm now 2-3 months so my hands and fist are like an iron hammer, I started with sand and after that iron sand bag and now this, you must hit until you’re hand get swollen after that put dit da jow and your hand will recover the day after or the after, but don’t hit if you’re hand haven’t fully recovered, and don’t forget the dit da jow liniment so you don’t hurt your self, I do only 2 kinds of hit slap and back fist, the other hits is useless in my opinion good luck everyone by the way I have done martial arts for nearly 30 years and have practiced almost all martial arts and have been in China training all day but never heard about iron palm until recently, it’s more important to be fast and in shape than to practice iron palm I guess that’s why Asian people rarely practice this kind of things

Professional tattoo machine
I have tattoo all my body professionally and it was not as god quality on the tattoo machine as this one so if you want to work as a tattoo man go for it
