  Ebay's purchase history box shows 4 icons in top right hand corner. The 1st is when I paid (26/02) the 2nd shows when item dispatched (NOT YET DISPATCHED 05/03) and the 3 /4 th is feed back. I requested you investigate were the item is but, to date no response. I believe you have sold an item, accepted the funds but for what ever reason, held onto item. I am requesting a FULL REFUND for item and postage. I am sorry it has come to this but I have no alternative then go through resolution centre
