Get these
This is a gem of a kit. Yes, the scults are old. Yes, it is a Cadian kit with a small upgrade sprue.
And that is the point. You get a squad of Cadians and one heavy weapon team in the box for reasonable coin (by GW standards). Swap the heads and you are golden.
And let's talk about the greebles on that upgrade sprue. Forget the heads. The grenade pouches and knives are awesome. Snip off the gene stealer symbol and use them everywhere, from veteran guardsmen to stargrave crews to any characters that you want to stand out.
I have three of these, and may get one or two more before James phases them out in favor of the new Cadians.
Good luck. These are a winner.

Yes, buy this book.
OK.... Third edition GURPS Fantasy Bestiary. What makes this book so awsome?
First, let's talk about layout. The table of contents lists the monsters first by traits.
Are you looking for magical creatures? Creatures with breath or stare attacks? Creatures with unusual characteristics, like carnivorous plants?
All easy to find. In addition, it has an alphabetical table of contents.
But why buy it?
If you are a GURPS player (and you should be playing this game) you know that 4E is lacking any bestiaries or vehicle books (at least published by SJG). Fortunately, 3E has you covered, without even squinting hard I have used the 3E bestiaries in my 4E games, and this one is the nicest of the lot, in my estimation.
SJG published this one right at the end of 3E, in what was really the end of the golden age of GURPS, and although the 4E rules are a bit cleaner, especially on points costs, these late 3E books are something special, despite not being released in color. They have an energy that seems to jump off the page. As an enthisiastic GM I come back to Fantasy Bestiary often, even when running my Friday night sci-fi game. It is easy to use most of these monsters even in a hard or weird sci-fi setting, or a post-apoc Gamma World setting. Magic, psionics, superpowers or none at all, these monsters will keep your players guessing.
So I'd say get one of these if you can, either a vintage original or as a PDF, and treat your players in your GURPS game.

Not bad, but take some work.
OK, this review is for the Wargames Atlantic lizard men, not any shop or individual selling them.
First the good. For Chinese made minis, the parts are very clean. No mold slip. Thin and easy to remove mold lines. The joints approximate well and they are easy to build and paint. They have good details on the bodies and heads.
Now, the not so good. They only have two body styles and three different tails. For arm options you have three different muskets, two AKs, and some spears. I bought these specifically to kit bash for a sci-fi RPG, so I had some idea of what I was getting into. The limited arm, body, and tail options make it really hard to make them look like they are not part of a line-dancing troupe. I managed to put six of them together in almost unique looks. I don't know what I am going to do with the rest of them.
So, bottom line: for cheap Chinese-made minis they are really nice. Just don't compare them too closely with the more premium minis out there. If you are looking to assemble and paint six or eight of them for an RPG, and are handy with a hobby knife and plastic cement, they are really great for kit-bashing. However, if you are wanting to put thirty of them on the table at one, it is going to take a lot of work to make them not look like the lizard man version of Riverdance.
So give them a shot, especially for the money. I ended up using GW and Victoria Minis bits to kit out a lizard man band of NPCs or villains, and to me that is the fun of the hobby.
Note, the pics are assembled and base coated, not finished. I am trying to show the joints between the arms and the lack of variance in bodies.
Thanks.
