Ghost writer used when author became ill.
This was the final book Lilian Jackson Braun allegedly wrote. However, from the 2nd chapter to the close, the writing style changed. Most believe that a ghost writer finished it at the insistence of the publishers. All the different story lines were wrapped up, but it was done poorly and in a rushed manner.

Excellent copy of a good book
I love Lilian Jackson Braun and this book was wanted to replace another copy that was not of good quality.
This book looks like new. The dust jacket was perfect. There were no writing or smudges on the pages and the spine was in new condition. This book was obviously never read.
This is a perfect addition to my LJB collection.

Additions make more room for fun.
I purchased 2 additions for (one for each side) of my Vermont Jr. Farmhouse. The additions are identical to the dollhouse in construction and materials used. I did make a couple of changes though. I cut doorways on both floors of my additions going into the main house - in both additions. This of course meant adjusting my stairwells. Take those into consideration if you intend to use two additions. If using only one, make sure it is positioned on the wall opposite the stair way. Also make sure the openings for the doors are level with the openings in the main house. Excellent product and a very handy way to add more rooms onto a smaller house.
