will gently freeze fine flyaway hair to stay in shape when needed, but must brush out well before bed, have been using it for years.

Rubbish ! my other towels, the same type, are thicker and excellent. Spend more on quality not embellishments ?
the towels are far too thin and on our small dog will saturate in less than 5 seconds and that's just her back, not much good then they squish up to nothing like an old tea towel.
