Not a Direct Replacement
It's not a direct replacement at least it wasn't for mine. It's a bit of a challenge changing the wiring.
Terminals are smaller than average and you have to add wire to make it work. The metal plate from the old one isn't needed with mine. If you can change it yourself it's a value.

Just Okay
It's okay wire gauge a smaller than it should be for a 12 ft cable.
