Little to no effect.
4 von 4 finden das hilfreich These don't make any difference. The heat they give off is so low it's barely noticeable. I tried them in various conditions and with different kinds of socks. Nothing made any difference. I even used one on one foot and left the other foot without one, no difference at all. These are useless. My feet and toes still got extremely cold and uncomfotable. Save your money and invest in a more expensive, better quality product.
