Younger Next Year
I recommend all of the 'Younger Next Year' books. These exercises can be done at home or at the gym. Start your day with the exercises you remember from when you were in school. Some exercises can be done in bed or the shower! Or mimic the exercises you do on the machines at the gym. I also recommend the Thinner This Year book by Chris Crowley & Jen Sacheck, Ph.D.

Grieving Our Losses
Opening Our Hearts: Transforming Our Losses, from Al-Anon Family Groups, 2007. Whether you are a parent who has lost a child, or an Adult Child of an Alcoholic (loss of your childhood), or your spouse has passed away, this is a very helpful book. Highly recommended reading if you are grieving the loss of a loved one.
