Great as a bridge pickup!
I was looking for a medium powered bridge pickup to pair with a 36th PAF and a PAF Master in my two Les Paul Traditionals. I wanted something that was voiced like a vintage pickup but with much more output. The Breed Neck model is exactly what I needed. It pairs well with the vintage style neck pickups and gives a rich full sound without being too over the top. The highs are present but aren't thin or harsh, and the mids are full without being too honky or nasal sounding. This pickup has a nice amount of low end as well. Overall, I am very happy.

Amazing Tone
I have always wanted to try Lace Hot Golds and after using them for several months I am happy to report that I am completely satisfied. The tone is just superb. They have nice singing mids, and enough sparkle to sound as a Strat should. They have a unique tone I haven't found in any other pickups. They sound great clean and even better with some gain. They are extremely quiet also. I have tried other noiseless pickups recently and I don't like any as much as the Hot Golds. I highly recommend them to anyone who's willing to think outside the box to find great tone.

Fantastic Speaker!
Excellent speaker. Bass is deep and tight, highs are present but never harsh or shrill. Sounds like a slightly darker Creamback G12H-75. I bought it to tame the highs in my DSL40CR and it works great. Sounds good right out of the box. No unpleasant frequencies, nice and balanced.
