Boot not up to par

My foot is a 🇺🇸 12 1/2.. I buy 13 wide so I can wear 2 pair of socks when it's cold.. these are too tight for 1 pair of socks.. they are extremely rigid and after wearing them over a week.. my feet are cramping constantly.. ive never had a more uncomfortable pair of boots .. even the government issue boots in boot camp were 10x more comfortable.. not saying anything about seller.. they arrived quickly.. and were new.. this brand of boot is definitely not the correct American size ..
