It's crime scene tape.
It is tape and looks like they said it would. There isn't a whole lot more I can say.

Good, but be warned about the extra posts, not so good.
I haven't ever used something like this before, it's a fun bit of kit. A warning though that if you buy the extra posts they have very short stems and so don't work as well.

Worth the money.
At last, help with the hoovering! Does a quick turn whilst I get on with other things. Even after I have hoovered it still picks up lots of dog hair. Quite impressive.
