Base needs redesigning, get rid of pointed ends
there was no Free Lube any where I looked in the packaging. nice size and the two literature included was very informative. the ends of the base were very pointed and it rubbed me sore, and after two times of the same pain, I used a scissors to round out the ends and used different grits of sandpaper to smooth out the cut ends and it looked just like new. I tried it again and it was much more comfortable without the base poking me sore in the area around the butt hole. I used Albolene for lube or coconut oil and it made the long term wearing much more comfortable than the water base lube. takes a bit of warmup to get it in, is no rushing to do this. the thin base neck helps the anal sphincter relax around the 3/8” diameter neck and keeping it in without falling out on it own. want to get the size 5 next, and the vibrating xl is the same size as the snug plug 4, sounds interesting to add to butt plug sensation. all in all, is a wonderful product.

Great product but no programming instructions
Wish it came with programming instructions. Or gave me a website to ge such information.

good value
fits and looks like oem, had to figure it out how to remove and replace the old one and install the new ones, came with no instructions, had a screw in each molding that had to be removed before it comes off the vehicle. and it was a torx bit.
