Constant Weather
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This radio is built well, as most Uniden products are; however, I would not recommend this one as it has a major flaw in that the weather can be heard in the CB mode. It is low audio, but still audible. (This is the 2nd unit I have had and both do the same thing.) When contacted, Uniden had nothing to say, no answers at all to my emails. I will keep this unit as there was no return on this one, and the price was a lot lower than most website listing. So if you are not adverse to listening to "Nicky NOAA" all the time, then this is the radio for you. Nice big meter too.

Nice but improper fit
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The measurement instructions given are wrong and so the harps I ordered did not fit. Nice harp though, and I was able to use one -- I bought 2, for another project. Measurement instructions should read -- "bottom of harp to top of finial screw". Lesson learned.

Nice, heavy cord - not skimpy.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Cord made very well, not skimpy wire as most cords are for this price; very pliable -- not stiff. The best thing about this cord though is that the plug has screws to take it apart allowing for the wire to be replaced or lengthened as needed. Great value. Thank you.
