Barking Dogs for Christmas
This novelty CD really plays to a limited audience, and that's why I bought it for background holiday music for my local animal shelter. (Only plays in the Lobby, not the kennels.) For my taste it could use a little more cat, and a little less Rottweiler. But it has snappy arrangements of sacred and secular holiday songs. Hey Sam, woof something for me......

Sleek and Sassy
As the unwitting recipient of reptilian DNA, I am freezing from October 1st until June. Cuddle Duds have been my historical wardrobe go-to because of the incredible warmth without the bulk of other long underwear type layers.
Original Cuddle Duds were meant to be hidden under sweaters and wool pants, but recently the new designs have become a fashion statement of their own. The fabrics continue to be incredibly warm and light, but now I can wear them as finishing garment or layers; my choice.
The knit fabric continues to be of high quality, and a good drape, and have just enough spandex for a sleek fit. The color palette is classic and the fit is impeccable.
These items are a staple for my Fall,/Winter/Spring wardrobe.

Collected Works of the Bronte Sisters
I bought this book as a gift for a budding woman writer. I chose it for the beautiful leather cover, and the classic binding and type face, and included the message that great writers come from unexpected places. You know these stories; and to have them in one exceptional volume makes this a great gift. It is a remarkable book; both for presentation and content. It would look at home in the great library of a Georgian manner.
