  I purchased a locked Tractfone from Bonnie 7065 and am requesting a refund. When I contacted the seller to request a refund, she told me to go on YouTube to find a way to unlock the phone. I went on two separate websites,which charged approximately $30.00 and a 10-day wait time to get the unlock. There was nothing in the Ad which said this was a locked phone, nor was there even a clear picture of the brand name "Tractfone." All it listed was the price including shipping and tax.Please refund.
