Perfect Fit!
Perfect replacement for Enercell required in old RadioShack phone. Fits tight, but original battery did too. Charges and holds up fine.

Rugged and Classic
In this day of plastic and cheapness in quality, it's refreshing to find a well cared for and rugged steel cabinet CB like this. I don't care if this unit was made in the late 90's or not. They simply don't make 'em like this anymore.
I highly recommend the older and simpler "Classic" Cobras like this unit over a brand new plastic one or the overly feature laden and potentially trouble prone newer models by them per researching many reviews here and other places on the internet with dial lights going out, transmit/receive issues, bluetooth connectivity issues, etc.
