Block out the sound
Real value for money: 7 pairs of silicone ear plugs. I found them just soft enough to mould into the right shape to insert into the ear. It really does a brilliant job of blocking out all sound (better than foam ones). They are comfortable enough to sleep with them in and will stay in all night.

Navy Blue Irish Linen
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Beautiful quality Linen that I would say was French Navy (slightly warmer tone than standard Navy) with a delicate sheen, it washed well at 40 degrees Celsius and ironed well.
Only drawback was that there was a single continuous bleached line down the centre of the fabric where it had obviously been folded on the bolt. Washing and ironing did not change this. Sadly this means that cutting patterns on the fold will not always be possible with this fabric. However, there is plenty of width in each half to cut trousers and princess seamed outfits.
