SB Flutter Mack Spoon

Possibly designed by PETA, this Chinese lure features the dullest hook I have ever seen on any lure from China. That would be a drawback, if the re-bar like weed guard ever let a fish close to the hook point. A good lire for those who like to fish, but don't care if they catch anything.

Stainless Wire WHAT?

The brushes I received seem to have stainless steel wire used in the handles, but the bristles themselves seem to be Nylon. Unlike the illustration, the brushes were not a set of five graduated sizes but one small (4mm) brush, one large (10mm) brush and three 9mm brushes. The bristles are quite fine, would be great for brushing fly fur off fairy wings, but are too soft to be any use to me. Not bad for the price, if you can use them.

Looks good so far.

I'm writing this right after receiving the cover, so I have no opinion on durability. I tried it on a 3.25 inch diameter reed, which required a little stretching on the mouth to get the reel in. It would fit a 3.5 inch reel for sure, and the largest would be about 3.75. The transaction was totally routine. DW
