Pleased to have this resource
I intend to be more regular with the exercises, as I know that yoga exercise - not the 'spiritual' part is very good for one. I haven't tried the standing ones yet, just the sitting ones. I think that if I can get serious about it I would see real improvement.

Have not found them to be non stick
even with a spray I could not stop them from sticking when using in the oven

Being fairly incompetent at sorting out ...
Being fairly incompetent at sorting out my indoor window frame condensation, mould problem, I was hoping for something more directable. But I worked out a botching way of using it, so all good.
