If you love sewing handiwork, buy it!
This book is a jewel in the crown of global culture, and to Eastern philosophy specifically. A testament to work done for the love of beauty, repurposing scrap material, and understanding meaningful creativity. Comprehensive instruction, illustration and text. A consummate distillation of Jung's wisdom and teachings.
A moving and thoughtful recounting of insights and life experiences from a humble, gentle shepherd of the human soul. If you are "stuck" in your life, there's an alchemy in the reading of this book that will move you to the inmost core of your being.
Although not technically a book for the newbie to psychology, Jung's clarity of expression, along with an excellent little dictionary of unfamiliar terminology, make this book accessible to most anyone who has the patience to read it carefully. That patience will be rewarded with deep and stirring information regarding what it means to be fully human.
Although a few concepts are dated, Jung was amply apologetic as to his humanity and possible errors of judgement. This ultimately makes the material still as poignant and valuable as it was at the time it was written, and maybe even more so in the pervasive atmosphere of anomie humanity faces today.

We live in a little cabin in the middle of a very rural area in Oklahoma's Northeast Green Country. We're talking Oklahoma short grass prairie/ woodlands here. Four indoor/outdoor cats, no fleas, no ticks, no blood specks. Four very happy little feline campers. Puts an end to messy, semi-effective drops, expensive pills and ineffective cheapo collars. No more forlorn why-did-you-do that-to-me looks; no more rolling in the dust to get the greasy, nasty residue off their pelts.
The collars have no strong odors, are lightweight and easy to put on and adjust, and stay put just fine once in place. We have not seen our cats so peaceful and happy during flea season since we moved here four years ago.
Although we were leery of this product due to numerous online reviews citing horror stories about toxic reactions, our little fur people have had zero problems. I'm sure some kitties have had reactions, and we would still recommend treading carefully if you have a beloved pet with compromised health, but there have been absolutely no reactions on our little ones.
The only question still hanging is longevity of effectiveness. If they last as long as they're supposed to, this is hands-down the best solution to flea and tick problems available in both the cost and effectiveness categories.
Give 'em a try; we think its worth the comfort of your pet and pocketbook.
