  We had a fairly severe issue as Bobby's employee made a posting from a previous listing which included a rare option. This item didn't have it. Bobby owned up to the problem immediately on notification and made things right by refunding the cost of the option (based on my estimate), no questions asked. It turned a bad transaction into something totally reasonable and so this is a 5 star transaction in my book. And the item he did send was great. I'm happy to do business with Bobby any time.

  I was pleasantly surprised with the level of speed with which this seller responded and with the quality of the item I purchased. The dish was in perfect condition, as stated, and I could not be happier with my purchase. It even arrived in for Christmas, which is not something I was expecting at this point in the season. I rate this seller very highly.
