  Seller did not send item until 2 weeks after purchase. Lampshade was then sent wrapped only in plastic bag and some bubble wrap which was completely inadequate and therefore the frame was badly damaged during transit. I received a refund when I complained and sent photos. However the seller then told the delivery company that the item had not been received which was not the case. Be wary of sellers with positive feedback only as a buyer not as a seller
