The Golden Compass?

Really looked forward to watching it but I'm afraid I found it very dissappointing. It is a kids film really, I found the acting wooden and annoying. I haven't read the book though, but to be fair I don't think I would bother now.

Perfect Cooker

I can't fault it. This is a slightly compact cooker, the grill is a little less than eye level but is fine for me as I am only 5 foot 2 inches. The cooker itself is really good and keeps the temperature well. The hob is brilliant too and has good gas control through the hob rings so you can have it on really low if you need too. I love it, it does exactly what it's supposed to do - and does it very well. Much better than my previous Indesit gas cooker.

Absolute Quality...

THE best film I have seen Will Smith in for a long time. Kept me glued to my seat throughout and it's only at the end that you find out why it's called "I Am Legend". I loved it, the laid back approach to direction, Mr Smith's acting and the dog all lead you believe it's all going to be ok... or is it? Quality all round, a film to get lost in completely for me and I have watched it several times and it never dissapoints. Imagine, what would you do if you were alone in a city with a bunch of zombies hell bent on trying to kill you... would you be as brave?
